About TypeHuntly
TypeHuntly is an online tool for writing, scheduling, publishing and analyzing posts on X (Twitter). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything posted from your account and connected X accounts. You must be at least 16 years old.
Acceptable use
Do not use TypeHuntly for spam, harassment, scams, illegal content, or anything that breaks X's rules. AI replies are drafts you review yourself; TypeHuntly never replies automatically on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Plans and payments
Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly or yearly in USD through Gumroad, our payment provider and merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your Gumroad receipt or library, or from Billing in the app. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you (for example, to schedule and publish your posts).
X connection
Publishing and analytics depend on X's API. X may limit or change features at any time, and we are not responsible for actions X takes on your account.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Big changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use TypeHuntly means you accept the new terms.
